Usually extra help is needed during the season. These are a few or the jobs that always needs to be done:
Potting and woody cuttings (usually 2-4 persons April-June)
Herbaceous cuttings (2-5 persons mid-June to mid-August)
Assistents for packing, labeling etc. (Mars-June)
Drivers for tractor/truck. Combined with surveillance and reparation of equipment such as automatic, vehicles and machines, tools etc. (whole season)
Gardener/salesman for direct selling. Language requirements: Swedish and Finnish. Ability to take customers the right way and ability to communicate. (April-September)
Mentor for new workers. Combined with other chores. This job is almost always given to someone that has worked with us for at least one previous season. (April-November)
Furthermore there is almost always need for extra help for shorter periods of time (from a few days to a few weeks) e.g. weeding, re-potting,
field- and customer planting etc.
